@WestHamLadies beaten by @LeedsUnitedLFC in FA Women's Cup

West Ham Ladies were dumped out of the FA Women's Cup today despite a strong second half display.
The Premier League Southern Division side were confident heading into their third round clash away at Leeds United Ladies after consecutive wins against Gillingham and London Corinthians last month.
But Leeds, who play in the Premier League National Division, got off to the better the start and went ahead after 10 minutes through a goal by striker Carey Huegett.
A brilliant solo effort by midfielder Danielle Sheen and a goal by defender Hayley Sharp just before half time put Leeds three to the good and seemingly out of the Hammers' reach.
But an own goal by Leeds 'keeper Jules Draycott shortly after the re-start and a fine strike from Hannah Gowland on 78 minutes got the Hammers back into the game.
However Leeds, who last reached the final of the FA Women's Cup in 2007, held on to win and progress to the fourth round, despite a lot of pressure from the West Ham Ladies in the final 10 minutes.
The Hammers must now re-group and prepare for another cup clash next Sunday away at Witham Town.
