Mohsni to stay at Southend- but only till end of season

Southend United manager Paul Sturrock has confirmed to Sky Sports that reported West Ham target Bilel Mohsni will remain at Roots Hall until the end of the season. The controversial Frenchman is out of contract in the summer and is not expected to be offered a new deal; meaning that a move to the Hammers, for whom he had a trial over the summer, could well be on. Mohsni himself says that his focus is on the Shrimpers for the rest of the season and that he wants to "help get the team some good results to help everyone like me again," but a move to the Boleyn Ground could well be a possibility for the 25 year old in the summer.
