Now, we understand from our sources that the big striker is set to make his first start in over two months at home to Swansea today- a double whammy of great Carroll news for us Irons, after co-chairman David Sullivan revealed yesterday that a deal had been agreed yesterday for the England striker's permanent transfer to the Boleyn Ground at the end of the season.
